By car:

You can park at Klampenborg Station, in Cottageparken, by the church, or at Dyrehaven just north of Taarbæk. While we wait for the possibility of more parking spaces, we recommend that you walk, cycle, or take public transport if you can. It’s local, considerate, climate-friendly—and actually super cozy. The inn’s address is Taarbæk Strandvej 102, 2830 Klampenborg.

Public transport:

Train: Take the Kystbanen (Coast Line) or S-train line C to Klampenborg Station; from there it’s 1.4 km to Taarbæk Kro. Whether you bike or walk the last stretch, cross to the waterside of Strandvejen. Keep the water on your right-hand side, then turn right down Taarbæk Strandvej just after Den Gule Cottage (the Yellow Cottage). Or go straight ahead and follow the path through Cottageparken—with the tennis courts for the first bit—if you’d like to see a little green before everything turns blue.

Bus:

Take bus 388 to the “Taarbæk Havn” stop, and voilà—you’re there.
