Taarbæk Kro’s Shop
The shop at Taarbæk Kro is located on Strandvejen and regularly changes hands and offerings. Its purpose is to inspire and bring life to the town through a wide selection of products, ideas, art, and craftsmanship. The common denominator is curiosity, quality, and integrity.
Contributors can be anyone, from children to retirees, sole proprietors and start-ups to established brands, organizations, and associations. The products can range from olive oil, tailoring, and knitting yarn to bicycles, ceramics, and books.
Do you want to rent our shop?
If you’re interested in being part of this town within a town for a period, we only have a few requirements for you as a tenant of Taarbæk Kro’s shop. You must have a clear and understandable message, product, or idea, and you must adhere to the overarching principles of curiosity, quality, and integrity. Additionally, there can only be one contributor per product, either as a single brand or as a multi-brand/umbrella. For example, as a solo artist, you can rent the space, but if you are a group, you must be represented by a gallery.

Life is not only lived online
